1) What  is IT?

-IT is the application of computers and telecommunications equipment to store ,retrieve, transmit and manipulate data, often in the context of a business or other enterprise. IT department into sections: quality assurance, data process and information security.

1) What kind of computers do you use?

 -I've a desktop computer. A desktop computer is a PC in a form intended for regular use at a single location desk table due to its size and power requirements, as opposed to a laptop whose rechargeable battery and compact dimensions allow it to be regularly carried and used in different locations.

2) What do you use computers for at work?

  -I usually do laptops for my work. Because laptop or a notebook is a portable personal computer with a clamshell form factor, suitable for mobile use.

 1) Which components make up a typical desktop computer?

 - It is important to make sure that you have obtained all of the necessary components to make a desktop computer. Motherboard, power supply, processor, case, heat sink , fan, RAM, expansion cards,hard drive, and disk drive etc.

1) How do computers receive information from users?

 -Monitor, keyboard, scanner, mouse, microphone's are allow the computer to return information to the user. Keyboard is the most common and very popular input device which helps in inputting data to the computer. Scanner is an input device which works more like a photocopy machine. It is used when some information is available on a paper and it is to be transferred to the hard disc of the computer for further manipulation.

2) What devices can you attach to computers?

-keyboard, mouse, EP320 scanner, RP-15 microphone, LCD Monitor, prinPro2000 Printer, softtouch Touchscreen etc .Mouse is most popular pointing device. It is a very famous cursor-control device having a small palm size box with a round ball at its base which senses the movement of mouse and sends corresponding signals to CPU when the mouse buttons are pressed.

1) What are some components of a computer network?

-Client, server. 

·         A server is just like any other computer of the network however it can be distinguished with its large storage capacity and role that is assigned to it. A client is a piece of computer hardware or sw.hat accesses a service made available by a server.The server is often but not always on another computer system, in which case the client accesses the service by way of a network.The term applies to programs or devices that are part of a client server model.

1) What is a user Interface?

-The user Interface in the industrial design field of human machine interaction, is the space where interactions between humans and machines occur.  Examples of this broad concept of user interfaces include the interactive aspects of computer operating systems, hand tools, heavy machinery operator controls, and process controls. 

2) How does a user Interface make computing easy?

-Clear communication between the user and the computer is the working premise of good used interface design. Color to highlight, sound for warning messages, flashing symbols etc.

-Word processing sw is a tool used to create almost any kind of text document. Microsoft word  is a word processor developed by Microsoft. It was first released in 1983 under the name Multi-Tool Word for Xenix systems.

  A word processor is an application that allows you to type in, edit, format, save, and print text. Microsoft word, WordPad, WordPerfect etc.

-Email has made the word a much smaller place. Within a few seconds, you can contact almost anyone you can think of.

-Playing game, watch movies, skype, listening music etc.  Skype is for doing things together, whenever you’re apart. Skype’s text, voice and video make it simple to share experiences with the people that matter to you, wherever they are.

1) What are some reasons people edit images?

-There is white space around the image, the photograph is blurry, When there is white space around the image we usually crop the unnecessary parts.

2) How do people edit their pictures?

-Most famous program is retrica, instagram, camera 360,photoshop, Picmonkey etc. Retrica has a simple and relatively easy to learn interface, with a basic viewfinder and even more barebones gallery.

-Organization and structure, simple navigation etc.An organization can be structured in many different ways, depending on their objectives. The structure of an organization will determine the modes in which it operates and performs.

-Playing game, watching movie etc. Because it's interesting. Playing game is action, horror, puzzle, war, sports, funny...

-Desktop publishing is art of using computers to design finished, printable documents.Desktop publishing  is the creation of documents using page layout skills on a PC. Desktop publishing software can generate layouts and produce typographic quality text and images comparable to traditional typography. and printing. This technology allows individuals, businesses, and other organizations to self-publish a wide range of printed matter.

2) What skills are needed in publishing?

-Graphic communication and design. Graphic communication as the name suggests is communication using graphic elements. These elements include symbols such as glyphs and icons, images such as drawings and photographs, and can include the passive contributions of substrate color and surroundings. It is the process of creating, producing, and distributing material incorporating words and images to convey data, conceps,, and emotions.
